Falcon Transit

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote, make a booking, or otherwise use Falcon Transit's website, mobile apps or booking channels. By submitting a booking or quote request you agree to these terms, which we may update from time to time.

Draft — pending Falcon Transit's review and approval.

Bookings and quotations

A quote request is not a confirmed booking — a booking is confirmed only once we contact you by WhatsApp or email with an assigned vehicle, driver and agreed pricing. Please provide accurate pickup and destination details, passenger and luggage counts, and flight information (for airport transfers) so we can plan the trip correctly; incorrect details may affect vehicle assignment or timing on the day.

  • A submitted request is confirmed only after our reply
  • Provide accurate passenger, luggage and flight details
  • Pricing is confirmed with you before the trip

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, contact us as early as possible using the details on our Contact Us page. We will do our best to accommodate a change of time, destination or vehicle where the fleet allows, and to process a cancellation. Bookings made close to the pickup time, or changed at short notice, may be harder for us to accommodate depending on driver and vehicle availability.

Your responsibilities

Passengers should arrive at the agreed pickup point on time, ensure any special requirements (such as a child seat or wheelchair access) are flagged when booking rather than on the day, and treat vehicles and drivers with the same courtesy expected of any transport service. Falcon Transit reserves the right to decline or end a trip where conduct puts the safety of passengers, the driver or others at risk.

Liability and governing law

Falcon Transit takes reasonable care to deliver the transport service as booked, but is not responsible for delays caused by matters outside our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, flight delays or road closures. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us using the details on our Contact Us page.
