What we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect information such as your name, mobile number, email address, company name (if applicable), pickup and destination addresses, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage details, and any special requests you provide, such as a child seat or wheelchair access. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we may keep a record of that correspondence to help fulfil and follow up on your booking.

Why we use it

We use personal data to create and manage your booking, assign a suitable vehicle and driver, contact you about your trip (including delays or changes), respond to enquiries, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we only share it with the driver assigned to your trip and, where relevant, our accounts team for invoicing.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to deliver the service you booked, to respond to any follow-up enquiries or disputes about that booking, and to meet accounting and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data retention practices.

Your rights and contact

Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent for certain uses, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
