We meet arriving passengers at the pickup points for Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4, and can arrange a meet-and-assist inside the arrival hall for travellers who prefer not to navigate the terminal alone, including elderly parents or first-time visitors to Singapore. If your flight connects through Jewel Changi Airport before you clear the terminal, tell us and we build extra time into the pickup window.

Departures without the last-minute rush

For outbound trips we calculate pickup time from your address using typical traffic on the ECP, PIE or AYE at the time of day you are travelling, so you reach the terminal with time for check-in and immigration rather than arriving right at the gate cut-off. Give us your flight number and we track it in case your departure time changes before the day.

Booking a Changi transfer

Choose Airport Transfer as your trip type in the booking form — this shows fields for flight number, arrival or departure, terminal and flight date and time. We confirm your driver, vehicle and pickup point by WhatsApp or email once the booking is set.
